LeBron Raymone James Sr. (born December 30, 1984) is an American professional basketball player with the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). King James, he's widely regarded to be the greatest player of all-time and often compared Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketballer ever. James has taken home four NBA championships four NBA MVP awards and four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James is an NBA All-Star and has the most playoff points, the second-highest point total and the seventh best assists total in his career. James is part of the NBA All-Stars, 18 All NBA Teams, and Five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. James was the third player to play in the NBA Finals. Eight of the games were in consecutive order from 2011 through the year 2018. In 2021 James was named to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022, he became the very first player in NBA history to accumulate at least 10,000 career points as well as assists and rebounds. James was a student at St. Vincent St. Mary High school in Akron, Ohio. He was hailed by media across the nation as the future NBA superstar. He was a pro-prep player and was selected as the highest choice by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. He was named one of the NBA rookie of the year in 2004. Soon he became one of the best athletes of the NBA and was awarded the NBA MVP Award in as of 2009 and in 2010.
